In this case, I can only think that there is something ELSE broken with gmail/storage. Sorry I can’t help more. I don’t actually work at Google, so can’t check the internals. I only know what I’ve gleaned from debugging the outside.

My gmail account is at only at .13% and I still get the message “storage quota exceeded”I am having trouble where to login into Google apps free.
